Flavour Profile

Lemon Sherbet, Sour Sweets, Pine

Lemon sherbet opens the bottle, sharp and fizzy on the tongue. Sour sweets follow, sugar and acid at the same time, the way the packet tastes. Pine comes through on the finish, cool and green, and stops the sugar sitting heavy. Bright all the way through, with a clean end.
