All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the website are the exclusive property of GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES. We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the website. Advertisers and sponsors on the website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused therefrom.

Product Availability

The website features products that have been carefully selected for sale on our GENUINETERPENES.CO.UK.  Products are subject to availability so once a product has sold out it will be taken off the Website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to a particular product may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept your order, then GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES shall not be liable to you for being unable to provide that product. If such a situation arises, then we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock product.

Order Process and Contract Formation

An order is placed on the website by pressing the 'BUY IT NOW' button at the end of the checkout process. We will send you an email confirming your order, detailing the product(s) you have ordered. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until that time, we reserve the right to decline your order.

As your order is shipped by Cloud9 Fulfilment Ltd we will send you a despatch confirmation email. Upon sending either of these emails, your order will be taken to have been accepted by us, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

Subject to us having accepted your order, we will then arrange for delivery of it to you at your nominated address.

Price of Goods

The price listed on the website for GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES products will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission, the price for the products on the website is wrong.

Payment Options

At Genuine Terpenes, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers:

• Shopify Payments - Customers can securely pay for their orders via Shopify. This option supports multiple currencies and provides a safe, efficient transaction process.
  
• Cash on Collection - For customers who prefer to collect their orders in person, we offer a Cash on Collection option. This allows you to pay for your products upon collection, providing flexibility and convenience.
  
• BitCoin - We also accept payments via BitCoin. To pay with BitCoin, please contact us directly for detailed instructions and support. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transaction.

Delivery and Risk Transfer

We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within the lead time shown for each product at the time of purchase. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are approximate only. Risk in the products will pass to you on delivery.

If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery, you will be required to validly sign off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.

Upon delivery of items, you will have 24 hours to ensure that all goods are in proper working order and in an undamaged state. After this 24-hour period we cannot accept responsibility for claims of damaged goods.

Claims

You have a statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period when purchasing online (excluding customised or perishable goods). You have a right to cancel the contract within a minimum of 14 working days without giving any reason and without penalty, except the cost of returning the goods.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 15 working days.

These complaint rules apply to goods that were purchased from the seller and whose complaint was made during the warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods.

Returns Policy

At GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES, we offer a 14-day no quibble returns policy for goods received in their original condition. Please return the unused goods to us with the original unopened packaging within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. 

What To Do

Where you wish to return an item, you should first contact us by email at info@genuineterpenes.co.uk or by phone on +44 (0)114 551 3399 quoting your order reference number.

Items that are to be returned should be posted to:

Returns should be in original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your items for an equivalent item, we will exchange this for you on receipt of the original item.

Normal shipping rates apply to the replacement item.

Where the replacement item is a different price, we will either refund the difference or contact you to arrange for a top-up payment.

Replacement is subject to availability

Refunds

If you wish to return an item for a full refund, then we will refund you the amount paid within 7 days of the receipt of goods.

You may return unopened products in the original packaging within 14 days from the date in which you placed the order for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified when the items are unopened, unused and in the original packaging; these may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges). 

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original unopened packaging within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

When returning promotional items, all items included in the promotion (e.g. a gift, etc.) need to be returned. When promotional items included in the original order aren't returned, the value of the item will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for shipping charges to GENUINE TERPENES for non-faulty items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty and Damaged Items

Where you wish to return a faulty item, the procedure is the same as a refund or exchange. We may also require you to send us a digital photograph of the item for an initial assessment.

When an item is found faulty or needs to be returned through the error of GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES we will refund the standard shipping cost of posting it back to us or arrange for a courier collection. However, for additional service delivery options, no refund will be given.

Refund, replacement, or repair is subject to an assessment of fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Replacement items are only available if they're defective or damaged and the exchange is the same product you ordered unless that product is out of stock. If the item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged, which is found out to be the cause of the defect, there will be a 30% restocking fee applied. However, if the item is found to be not faulty the item, and outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Accordance With Specification

All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products. Although product information and images are regularly updated, we are unable to accept liability for any incorrect information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information and images at any time without prior notice.

All prices listed on GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES are correct at the time of entering. On occasion, product pricing may vary due to exclusive promotions online.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The information contained in the website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the website is provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the Website or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the website, any changes to the website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the products. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with this agreement shall be limited to £200. 

Proprietary Rights To Content

You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to you on the Website by us, or our advertisers or other content providers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

Company Contract

No contract will subsist between you and GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time GR INDUSTRIES LTD TRADING AS GENUINETERPENES sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.

Termination

We may terminate the website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
