Order Dispatch
All orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day. This excludes weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by another email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer United Kingdom, European Union, and Worldwide express delivery options. Orders under £80 will be shipped with Royal Mail (please allow up to 72 hours for delivery). Orders over £80 will be shipped with DPD next-day delivery.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
